Magic Dance Shoes will exchange any product (sale product excluded) in new condition (not worn at all) WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT, FOR THE SAME EXACT DESIGN IN AN ADJUSTED SIZE. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the product delivered was made incorrect or has manufactured defects. We at Magic Dance Shoes will back our product 100% and will fix or replace any defected product free of charge. Magic Dance Shoes made for dancing traditional Ballroom, Swing, & Salsa. Improper use of these shoes could result in broken straps, leather / fabric scars or tears, heel and tips break. These mishaps can be repaired for a fee + shipping. Please note: The shoe manufacturing process requires shoes to manufactured in "runs" of the same "type" of shoe, therefore orders take 4 to 8 weeks in manufacturing - not including shipping time.
